Dato’ Arif Siddiqui is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the Standard Chartered Bank in Malaysia and he was recently appointed to the role of the Group CIO of Islamic Banking Standard Chartered. Prior to this, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Scope International Malaysia, Standard Chartered’s Global Shared Services Centre in Kuala Lumpur. He joined Scope International Malaysia in 2005 as the Head of International Software Centre Malaysia (ISCM) and was appointed as the CEO in 2008.
As CIO of Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia, Dato’ Arif oversees the full spectrum of Technology and Operations and is responsible for systems development, technology support and banking operations for the Bank’s retail and wholesale banking businesses in Malaysia.
Cognizant of the trickle-down effect in an organization, Dato’ Arif has actively worked towards fostering a results-oriented culture that’s based on innovation whereby people are empowered to maximize their potential. Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia currently employs more than 2,500 employees.

Fautsch, brings with him more than 30 years of experience in building and managing information technology, operations and consulting businesses across the Financial Services,Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, and Utilities industries.
Fautsch began his career with the World Bank under the prestigious Young Professionals Programme, starting his assignment in East Africa as an economist followed by an assignment as a Financial Officer in the Treasury Department in Washington, DC. He then assumed his role as a management consultant with McKinsey & Co in Iberia and Brazil.
Most recently, he served as the Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, Partner and Company Director of Logica South East Asia and Hong Kong covering Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines and Hong Kong. He is currently the Director and Chairman of the EU Malaysia Chamber of Commerce and Industry and is also a member of the EU ASEAN Business Council.
Dr. Gyorgy Ladics is the Chief Operating Officer for Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam and International Director for Fajr Capital. He has 20 years of banking experience.
Previously he was Chief Information Officer at Barclays – Emerging Market region. He has enabled Barclays geographical expansion and entries into new markets like India, Pakistan, Russia; re-launch businesses in UAE, Egypt, Uganda by providing essential business capabilities. He was a key member for M&A and integration activities for Barclays and completed the integration of Uganda Nile Bank, Russia Expobank into the Barclays.
Prior joining Barclays he was Vice President at Citigroup – Central Europe Region where he had various senior positions. These positions included: Head of Operation and Technology – Czech Republic, Head of Technology for Central European Region, Senior Operating Officer – Hungary. In Central Europe he has led the standardization and migration effort into strategic end state technology platforms and operating models.In Hungary he led the technology effort at the integration of ING retail bank into Citibank.
Charles joined Arab Malaysian Merchant Bank (now known as AmInvestment Bank Berhad) in 2003. Mr. Tan has over 20 years hands-on experience in implementing major IT change initiatives and providing advisory expertise to banks and other financial institutions.
Charles has worked with leading financial institutions in ASEAN (specifically Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand) as well as India and Europe. Representative samples of his clients include OCBC Bank, Bank Mandiri, Bank Negara Indonesia, MBF Group and ABN AMRO (Global and Asia Pacific). Charles has the benefit of having an in-depth understanding across the major areas of banking operations and extensive expertise in IT to support the business needs.
He has implemented large scale core banking system replacements (both custom built and packaged software) in a number of financial institutions; implemented new systems in accounting and finance, internet banking and CRM. He has helped clients to design, reorganize and reengineer their IT organizations, and helped define new IT Governance and policies. He has developed business driven IT strategies and crafted group-wide IT architectures for several financial institutions.For a period of 2 years, he was the Advisor to the CIO of a large commercial bank.

Leonard is a board certified in security management professional with over 16 years of experience gained in investment banking, telecommunication, and enterprise environments. He has been in both technical and management roles including network security, project management, corporate security, security consulting and information security.
Leonard is currently heading up a regional Information Security and Risk function at Citihub. Previously, he has worked in investment bank that operates in over 10 different markets within Asia Pacific region. Leonard has provided security consulting and services for large enterprises, telecommunication carriers and government agency.
He is serving in board of security associations such as ASIS International (Singapore Chapter), ISACA Singapore Chapter and Global Information Assurance Certification. Leonard has been a volunteer leader since 2007 with ASIS International (Singapore Chapter) and was elected as Honorary Chairman in 2011 and re-elected in 2012 for two years term. Keith has over 20 years of experience in the field of information technology. He is First Vice President for Information Technology Group at Philippine Business Bank. He heads the Information Technology Group of the bank for more than 9 years.

Ravikiran Mankikar is presently working as Chief General Manager – Information Technology at the Shamrao Vithal Co-operative Bank, Mumbai. He has a rich experience in the field of banking and implementation of technological projects. Ian Whitehead has been Director of Retail & Business Banking at Commonwealth Bank Indonesia since December 2010. With over 15 years of experience in the banking industry, he is responsible for the bank’s Retail and Business Banking operations in Indonesia that encompasses Retail Branches, ATMs and eChannels, Business and SME Banking, Wealth Management services, as well as Marketing and Product Management.
Ian joined the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) Group in 2008, initially serving as Head of Marketing, Products and Strategy with Sovereign Assurance, a subsidiary of the Auckland Savings Bank in New Zealand. Ian has been actively involved in advocacy efforts in the banking industry covering new and emerging channels, channel optimisation and convergence at various regional financial summits. Eric Tachibana currently works for UBS as the Asia Pacific COO for the Chief Technology Office, covering Wealth Management, Investment Banking and Asset Management. Prior to his current role, Eric was Asia Pacific COO for Banking, Markets, & Wealth Management Technology and Operations for Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Laurence Liew is a veteran of the open source, Linux and High Performance Computing/Grid/Cloud community and has been promoting the use of Linux/HPC/Grid/Cloud since 1998.
Laurence is currently the General Manager of Revolution Analytics for Asia Pacific and is responsible for Revolution’s business in Asia and its Centre of Excellence for Analytics in Singapore in partnership with the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA).
